Scouring The Shire
We blitzed the Sutherland Shire on Saturday, for several hours racing here, there and everywhere checking out open houses, madly filling in applications. Exhausting.
Praying hard that one will fall in to place in the next day or two.
I appreciate the acknowledgement very much. It talk all the self-control I could muster to not put a footnote explanantion of the reference at the bottom of the post.
Stuart- yeah, I agree the ending of ROTK was lacking that interesting aspect. they should have put that in,in place of the twenty minutes of loving goodbyes and longing glances.
Jess- It was totally like The Amazing Race!
Ruth- Yeah, one really nearby. And a couple in neighbouring suburbs:)

Just acknowledging that I get the reference for the post title, and I like it :)
Hope a place comes through for you!

Thanks mate.
Perhaps my greatest disappointment with the films, that that was excised. I liked the comment it made about the still-to-come.
I needed it pointed out.
I call it The Amazing Race. It has the map reading, the breathlessness, the weaving through traffic, the hastily completed challenges.
Hey Ben - any near us??

Well, you know which one I'll be praying you get!
