Just Saying

Seriously, how gross are those supposedly 'gourmet' tins of flavoured tuna. They look kinda good on the picture but you open it up and get a slimy tin of fluorescent slurry. With capers.

Ah, but what you need to try is the little tin of atlantic salmon with lemon and pepper. If it wasn't so expensive, it would be my daily lunch.

The flavoured tuna are ok, but I love the tinned chicken.

Pete/Claire- capers should be put on a barge along with dill and salmon.

Ali- to appreciate salmon from a can I'd probably have to like salmon to start with. I'm not okay with fish being orange.

Cj- eww canned chicken??

totally agree! AND there's always less than you expect. If you push down on the tuna with your fork, it only fills like half the tin.

The only exception is Sirena tuna with chilli. Yum.

Funnily enough Soph, it was actually that exact one that inspired this post!!
