The Voice

I haven't managed to see all of The Voice, as it usually coincides with trying to get the childers to bed.  But Lakyn is still my favourite, even though I thought his version of Forever Young the other night was a total dud. He should do stuff like this.

We're on YouTube, now. 25 minutes instead of 2 hours. Awesome.

And you don't even have to wait: they appear on The Voice website while the show's still on TV.

TV, you bite.

Lakyn really didn't have a good night! Plus he looks identical to a dude on Keith's team (Adam?), it's confusing. Go Glenn! Or Viktoria! Or Darren. Or Brittany. Or Diana...

Lakyn's a bit dull, I think. But then, I'm not a teenie bopper.

My picks from this week were Darren (of course), Diana, and Sarah. Last week, it was all about Viktoria (wow!) and Karise (also wow!).

Sorry to turn your blog into a fansite, Ben, but you started it.

I'm pleased that you guys are so into it, though I find your choices a bit questionable.

Belle, come on- Glenn?? Only reason he's there is because ol' Deltz felt obligated to include him because he was her back up singer. As a solo artist, he makes a great back up singer. And lose the Justin Timberlake hat already.

And Stuart, come now. Lakyn's not dull, he's cool. I know it's all supposedly about the voice, but their needs to be some rock star in there too. Most of the others don't have that, they look like your work colleague. Lakyn has that Jimmy Dean thing going on, and also a great voice.

James Dean on Zoloft, maybe.

Sure, he has a great look. (It's not his fault that Twilight has made it a bit tired. Everyone will have forgotten about that in about six months, though.)

But he needs more presence. And articulation. But maybe such things can be learnt.

He needs more presence, more articulation and more TALENT! He practically drooled throughout Monday night's performance, he was so sleepy.

I kinda agree about Glenn's hat, though. I think he might be bald.
