The Big Three Five
Well, tomorrow I turn 35. Did you realise that is a quarter of the way to 140? (thanks once again, Maths In Society, you serve me well).
Ye olde. The greys have spread to my neck-beard now. This time next year I expect to look like Gandalf.
I've got tomorrow off which is why I'm posting this now. Little e's preschool is having a 'Digging with Dad' gardening thing for Fathers' Day (sorry Rodeo if that apostrophe was in the wrong place, I'm really trying my best) in the morning, so I wanted to be there for that. The rest of the day is looking nice and free and relaxing. Hoping to get some seeds into the ground maybe. We'll see.
So, have a good weekend, and I'll see you when I am a whole year older.

The apostrophe is correct if you are saying the day belongs to all fathers, which sounds good to me! :)
(I think technically it's just Fathers Day, because it is the day we think about fathers, but I prefer the apostrophe).
Have a great birthday mate!
Enjoy your digging at preschool!
Well, happy birthday! Gardening sounds like a wonderful idea:)
AY
Pretty sure it should be Fathers' Day because, yep, it is a day which belongs collectively to all fathers. (plural possessive) The only trouble, of course is that, really, it happened way back in June ...
Oh, and happy birthday!! :)
Happy birthday for tomorrow :)
Enjoy getting into the gardening. Wouldn't mind hearing an update on how your vegie patch is going sometime.
Happy birthday Ben!
Many happy returns of the day!
I hope you have a great birthday!
Hip hip hooray! Hope you have a lovely day!
I hate apostrophes for days, I always feel uncomfortable about whether and where to put them in - should there be one in New Years, for example? NO IDEA. Hope you have a fun Fathers/Fathers'(/Father's, seeing as I'm relating it specifically to you) day on Sunday, too, though!
Happy birthday! Definitely Fathers' Day.
Hey, Ben! You have to change your profile under your photo now. Not 34 anymore...
Thanks everyone! ps-Deb, will do!
Oops... happy belated birthday, Ben. It has been fun to "get to know you" better through your blog this past year.
