Six Weeks..

Number #3 is due to arrive in about six weeks.  I'm getting very excited- I can't wait to meet the new little tacker.  Room is of the essence at our place, so the two bigguns have gone into a bunk bed as of a week ago.  It's going really well, they seem to like sleeping in the same room.

So far E has been going well. She's tired and uncomfortable as you'd expect, but coping like a trooper.

It's going to be a big change again, going back to all that broken sleep and dirty nappiness and whatnot. And just the further scale-tipping of another lady in the house. Me and Buddy are already going to ground and bracing ourselves. We've been secretly building a small exterior shelter and stockpiling canned goods in preparation for the onslaught.

Well, that time seems to have gone very quickly, although I'm sure that E may not agree with me on that one ;)

We are big fans of the bunk bed here too, our two big guys went into one quite young (I think they were around four and two when we bought it). And we may be looking at a similar arrangement for our two little people as well in the next six months or so. Room sharing is what it's all about here, little Rosie has been blessed with a room to herself for about a year now but those days won't last forever since we're keen to move the littlest R out of our room before he gets too much older...

Very much looking forward to hearing about Bubba Mac's arrival soon!

6 weeks! Wow! Looking forward to hearing the news (in a while). :)

I'm also looking forward to future blog posts reminding me what to do with a newborn - I've forgotten EVERYTHING.
