Patriotism

I got fed up with having hair last night, took the clippers out and lopped it all off.

This morning I put on this green and gold Australia t-shirt, and as I was travelling to work I became increasingly paranoid that people were looking at me.

Massive "AUST" emblazoned across my back. Very short hair.... oh no, maybe people are thinking I am some sort of white supremacist. Yikes, I was in the Shire on the weekend..

So I then went out of my way to look loving and tolerant for the rest of the journey. I adjusted my body language accordingly, all uncrossed arms and open palms. I then made my facial expressions all gentle and doe-eyed. My country is your country, my brothers.

I am. You are. We are.
