Nailbiter

I'm a hopelessly chronic nailbiter. It's a sickness that I can't find a remedy for. If there is any 'white' at the top, it has to go.

Anyways, I am currently making another attempt at quitting. It's been three days. There's about 1.5 mm of white.

I'm hurting.

Good luck. As a chronic nailbiter myself, I can empathize.

But as far as bad habits go, at least it's not heroin, right?

Benno, I used to be a biter (yo, all your boys are biters, man) and the best way is start working on your car. Just check the tyres occassionally, check the oil and water. Clean the wipers.
I can guarantee you that after a gob full of grease and road grime / brake dust stuck under your nails...

No more biting.

Good advice, Pete, muddy up my baby soft girl hands.

I worked out that I am a boredom chewer. As long as my hands are occupied I'm fine. If I go to the movies... I'm declawed. Don't know if this helps!

yeah, I'm the same em. By the end of a sermon, my fingers are stumps. I need something to occupy my hands. You can knit, but I need something that won't get me beaten up by my peers. A conundrum.
