A Hater No More

R-Fed takes out A-Rod.

I have always hated tennis but this week have been trying to get into it (so that there is a sport E and I can both like). It's growing on me. Last night was pretty impressive.

ps- yes, I did write this post so that I could use the term 'A-Rod'.

my friend takes great pleasure, when Nadal is playing, in shouting out "go Nad! go-nad!"

One of the things I like about tennis is how tough they have to be to play for so long, strategize by themselves during a game. I saw a match once where the winner came back from two sets down! It would be so easy to give up and get it over with. He had to win the next three sets - it was a really long game.

Yeah, I am coming to appreciate that, Tracy. It seems like such a big task, to just plug away a shot at a time to try and claw in front. I don't have that kind of tenacity at all!

Me either!
