1. If you use Google Reader their posts will be automatically fetched for you. You should use reader. Really, it's worth checking out. Makes it much easier to keep up with blogs (especially ones that aren't updated frequently *ahem*.
2. Blogger won't let you put strikeouts in comments, but you might be able to do it in your actual post.
You make them by writing <strike>Stuff to be stricken</strike>

nah, that didn't work I just tried it.
You need to do it while in 'edit HTML' mode, Ben, rather than just in the regular edit box.
Meanwhile, Blogger now has a new WYSIWYG editor which includes a strikethrough button, so you don't have to do the HTML tags. You can check it out by logging into Blogger, going to the Settings tab, then Basic settings, then a big long scroll down to Global Settings, and the first entry there will tell you all about the new editor.
