I saw the photo. Incredible, the size of that hole - and the fact that it looks like it was drilled!
I know.. the circle is so neat. I love how you can see all the different layers of rock. Makes me want to take up geology.
I remember well seeing the movie as a kid. It was pretty scary at the time although it would probably seem tame these days.
I saw it on tele ages ago Dad, but don't remember much. I'd like to see it again. I'd bet it holds up better than the remake will in a few years.
