Ben, I just caught up on last week's therapy. I haven't been online much in the last week. Hang in there, mate. Your self-worth is not in your speech. I'm sure it's really tough to keep it all in perspective. I don't know what else to say, just wanted to offer some encouragement. I appreciate your transparency in sharing the emotions of this.
